| K is summoned to appear for a brief inquiry. There is no time and only a place. I find this odd.
He gives up a social outing to go and eventually finds the correct apartment of the Court of Inquiry. (As an American, I can't understand the judicial system in foreign areas so it is very confusing.)
K is able to manipulate the inquiry and turn the tables and leave. He is still clueless of what he does.

K is summoned to an inquiry. The location (as well as the time) is difficult to acertain. K wanders through a poor apartment complex looking for the inquiry. In K's bluster and frustration, he talks the entirety of the meeting and learns nothing about his present situation.
The environment is odd and possibly altering. It is so foggy in the room he cannot see to the other end. K is immediately paranoid and brusk, when he planned to calmly listen. The way of the men in the audience and the magistrate is confusing and surreal.
I am looking forward to figuring out where this is going. | |
