Ignorance- End Part I Empty

Christian and Hopeful's ability to discuss how easy it is to fall off course, and reasons why the devout do so, shows their progress and growth through their journey. I think that it shows that they have learned the lessons necessary to be ready to enter the Celestial City.

Spark Notes points out the similarities of the author's conclusion and the Interpreter's warning of careful interpretation of the symbolism. Pushing the reader to look more deeply into what has been read.
