I rather pldded through this book until the end, then I was so struck by the comments of Dr. Tamkin about 'Here and Now' I must have read that paragraph ten times. I wrote 'Here and now' on a tiny peice of paper and have it on my desk. It spoke of being in the moment, not being sad or regretful about the past and not worrying about the future but thinking 'Where am I?' I am here. 'What time is it?' It is now. I have tried to conciously think of that ever since I finished the book.
