| She does still have Gerty and Carrie. Hopefully she will learn from some of this. She does have to start working, which will hopefully start knocking some sense into her. | |

| Even rosedale has decided Lilly would be a liability and no longer wants to marry her. He alludes it is becuase of rumors he has heard but in reality he think she is no longer his equal. She can't/won't give up her lifestyle and will soon be completely out in the street. she will never be able to combat the enimity of of the Dorsets so will probably never get above the working class person she has become. I don't feel sorry for her. | |
